The school has well-equipped physics, chemistry, and biology labs where students can use scientific instruments and conduct experiments under the supervision of teachers. Our young scientists conduct experiments on a variety of scientific subjects, which aids in the development of their scientific mindset. In these labs, many experiments and research projects are carried out.
The computer labs are configured with the most recent and updated software. To improve the quality of instruction, the lab also features a projector and other audio-visual tools.
Our well-equipped art room is a space where students are encouraged to creatively express themselves. We act as a stepping stone for students to develop their creative side through art and craft and strongly believe that this will improve their capacity for observation, imagination, and focus.
Popularly known as the Guru of Dance in India, Shiamak Davar is a man on a mission. A pioneer in the field of performing arts, he has worked relentlessly for over three decades spreading the joy of dance with his motto of "Have Feet. Will Dance." The tenet of 3 E's that he stands by - Education, Entertainment and Empowerment has made him a household name across the country and synonymous with the performing arts the world over. What started off with seven students now reaches out globally, what seemed like a childhood dream of being a legend in his own living room is today a legendary figure in his field. Shiamak has created a global community through dance and taken India on the world map of the performing arts.
Helen O’Grady International is a Creative Education Academy present in over 40 countries worldwide offering innovative and experiential learning programme to students through its developmental drama modules. We were established in 1979 in Perth, Australia and have more than 40 years of experience in innovative global education. The Helen O’Grady Drama Academy provides a bespoke educational programme using drama as a tool for delivery, in line with the Helen O’Grady ethos, values and structure. The Schools Programme is intended to work within an education setting focusing on literacy and communication projects and is designed to use drama and the arts as a tool to empower children. The aim is to tap into all areas of education from early years to engage, encourage and develop literacy skills, improve focus and participation.
Physical education is mandatory for all students, as it promotes a child's overall development. Our students have the choice to pursue sports such as football, basketball, table tennis, cricket, taekwondo, either competitively or as a hobby. The school hosts an annual student athletic and students are encouraged o participate as it develops their sporting spirit and ensures a high level of fitness.
The audio-visual room hosts interactive learning sessions on various topics for various classes. There are roughly 500 CDs and DVDs in the audiovisual room's collection. The theatre has air conditioning, a 36mm LCD projector, a computer, a DVD player, and a CD player, in addition to an overhead projector.
There is an excellent reading area and library. High-quality books with literary substance are frequently added to the library's collection to increase its size. Additionally, the pupils have a current understanding of current events.
An excellent auditorium that can accommodate nearly 5-600 audience members can be seated at once. The acoustics of the auditorium are excellent. The auditorium stage is the stage where our school's gifted students have the honour of showcasing their best work. Many aspiring artists can be born here, and we inspire their talent by encouraging participation.
At AAIS we care for the mental well-being of our students. To increase concentration and ensure a fit mind, body, and soul, yoga classes are offered for their development.The yoga room is well-equipped for students to participate in yoga and mindfulness exercises at school, which assist young children to deal with stress and anxiety while also enhancing their overall well-being and mental health.
The school's classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and smart boards. These Smart boards also support the German Iris smart multi-touch technology device. The school also gives its instructors training so they can use the smart board to implement fresh teaching methods.
